They work with kids all day long and I was really nervous but as soon as I got there, it was so reassuring. the nurses, the receptionist, even the freaking Anesthesiologist. Haha. everyone was just so, kind, compassionate and informative, and not an overwhelming kind of way. They are definitely kid friendly.
