It's an ok place for me to work out since it is very close and I don't like to drive. It is small but The equipment is ok and I would rate it 4 stars based on this. It is however very annoying that in 2023 you need to scan a card in order to enter. They even have an app so why are they making people carry a card? Fingerprint, app, enter a code. All would be better than forcing people to bring more stuff in with them when they are going yo work out. Plus if you forget your card. They won't make an exception! Get with the times please. Thanks
If you want to take your fitness to the next level or are feeling lost at the gym - do yourself a huge favor and time saver, and invest in a personal training package. I really didn’t think I could afford this, but I decided to cut out a few other expenses that I could go without for a while from my budget, so I could subscribe to a few rounds of personal training packages. It has really been so worth the money.Keenan is a great trainer, is empathetic to people who struggle with being fit, and sets you up with starting small to go big (making it easy to do and digest when you first start). Nicki is the absolute BEST personal trainer. She creates new workouts for me each week, makes it fun and helped me stay active through a healthy pregnancy and year postpartum. Cannot recommend her enough!
