“I have had 2 floods in my basement over the past four years. 1 from an irrigation pump and this time my water heater busted. luckily the water heater has it own space about 4 feet down. water had reached the top and started flooding in to the main part of the basement. My first thought was who do I call that I can count on to get to my home quickly. I had used Servicemaster for my first flood. I was very pleased with there service the first time and decided to use them again. They arrived at my home within a hour. They immediately got to work and removed almost 800 gals of water within a couple of hours. I also commend them for taken precaution when entering my home. They put on booties before entering my home, without me asking, and covered my carpet before bring in machines. They were always mindful of there surroundings,while also taking care of business. after they were done, they told me the next steps and asked me if I had any questions. Before leaving Brandon left me his number, which I used several time. He always picked up or returned my phone call within a reasonable time. “The best to work with! Have been working with them EXCLUSIVELY for a couple of years now. It started small (dryer/washer repairs) to mitigation for a pretty significant water leak. Each experience has always been met with professionalism and kindness.
