Daniel wasted our time and money! He was called for an emergency water leak / forced remodel-- Major delays because of this man and his shoddy service. He proceeded to perform mitigation. Or so we thought he did. We have to get additional mitigation out to correct his elementary work. There was a lot of moisture in the areas he claims to have mitigated. Please note: He falsely advertises he is licensed on Angi's list. Our discovery of his inexperience showed Daniel had an expired CCB license for over a year. He ripped us off and did not do the job he was hired for. There's a reason he has older reviews and nothing within the last four years. I advise anyone who comes across this review to look elsewhere. He will harass you nightly over the phone or for nothing at all. He will also reinforce his "customer service" and perform at a poor/mediocre level of service. Do not trust a word this man says. His "25 years of experience" claims are far from the truth. He will waste your time, money, and patience.
We are extremely pleased with the work Oregon Fire & Water Cleanup & Restoration recently completed in our home. They had a very quick response time to both phone and email contacts and were able to give an estimate, schedule, and perform all the work needed within a quick timeframe. Daniel and his assistant were professional, punctual, and knowledgable about the lighting and electrical work we needed done. They had creative solutions when our house's older electrical configurations were an issue, and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed even when surprises came up. They were also able to give helpful suggestions for ideas we'd been mulling over for future work, and they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and were polite and accommodating throughout their time in our home (working around 3 young kids). We would definitely use Oregon F/W Cleanup & Restoration again!
Description of work: We needed four things done: (1) resolve a moisture and dry rot issue with our back door; (2) remove a built-in closet organizer, including any repairs needed; (3) finish a furnace/storage room with flooring and ceiling improvements; and (4) repair floor crawl-space insulation and clean up left over construction materials. Results: The work turned out beautifully. Daniel completed all of the work on time and on budget. He was very professional, clean, prompt, responsive to changes, punctual, cost effective, and completed to the highest standard and quality.
