Excellent service! Quick to respond, great communication, and efficient operations. Job was done so timely, all utilities involved were contacted and when they weren't responding, follow up was taken care of by New West. Several options were given to remedy our problem, and we worked out the best and most cost-efficient long-term solution. Jen and Jake were very personable, pleasant and easy to work with! Wow … bad water heater one day, newly installed water heater virtually the next! The company responded quickly to my issues, sending Jake ASAP. He was so pleasant to work with - kept me informed, switched out the tank, installed the new booster tank correctly(!), and I was up and running in no time.
