“It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The extra effort to help me in a very scary time, no pressure.. just actual honest, hard working people that care about their customers safety was all I needed. I took a leap of faith & I couldn't be more grateful. The crew finished Christmas Eve, their lead guy on my job, came out on Christmas day!!. worked until dark, being so diligent to make sure the perimeter of my home had no nails, no debis ect ect. The job was done!! What would be the worst possible time to have to deal w/ this project, the bright side was Armada's good care.. “I had a service call yesterday with Mani and he was extremely helpful. He assessed the situation and found where the leak was very quickly. He sealed up the main area where water leaked in and was courteous enough to seal other problem areas he noticed during the inspection. He thoroughly explained everything to me and took photos to show the before and after results of his work. I look forward to using this company again in the spring time for a full roof inspection!“

“Old system removed and new one installed in seven hours. Larger gutters and downspouts should be handle heavy run offs much better and the lower downspout clean out minimize gutter maintenance and minimize my ladder time.

“Randy was just getting home from work when he called me back, it was around 4pm. After several attempts to call other pest control services with no luck, Randy agreed to come out within an hour and take care of the yellow jackets that were getting into our house through a small hole in the wall. “Mark and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof and gutters. It is a large roof with 15 valleys full of cedar and pine needles and leaves. The roof was also covered in thick moss it many parts. They got all that cleaned off as well as the gutters cleaned out and left no mess below! Also repaired a sagging gutter and re-attached two roof soffit boards. They were on time and on schedule. I highly recommend them.“

“Wow what a time we had. Let me start with Brian, poor guy, This had to be his longest estimate in his career, Unfortunately for Brian I am that pain in the you know what guy. We discussed underlayment's and how they are applied, we discussed all roofing options, fascia board repair, and eave repair. Brians Knowledge is what I needed to help make my decision for what would be the best fit for my 1920s home.
The tear down was done cleanly and efficiently, By efficiently, I mean there was a chance of rain. The team made sure we where always dried in. No leeks during the project. Cleanup every night, and of course more questions from you know who.
(The Crew) Shawn has put together is quite the crew, Again everybody friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain why, what, where and how, to you know who.

I believe the first few days were smoking hot, attitudes where high, everybody working together like a well oiled machine and get this they were having fun, The comradery between the team was great, hell I wanted to join the fun.
Point being, If you're having fun and enjoy the work you do the outcome is Quality. Oh by the way the rain came down Hard they stayed up on that roof and made sure we would be good and dry for the night. They were all sopping wet and still good attitudes, joking around no big deal.
I have worked with many contractors in my time but have not had the experience I have had with French Roofing. Lets just say, French Roofing will be handling all my roof projects and will be the only recommendation I will be giving out.

“We just used Ever for a roof repair on our home in Burien. He was AWESOME! I could not recommend him more. He was very responsive - calling me back right away, showing up on time, getting us on his schedule quickly. He also worked with the electric company to turn our power off so he could do the work - the electric company said it would take 6 weeks to get us on the schedule but Ever got it to happen in 2 weeks. The problem ended up being bigger than we had originally thought but he gave us a range of cost to make sure the problem was completely taken care of and then ended up coming in at the low end of his range while going above and beyond to make sure our roof was completely fixed.We will definitely be calling Ever and EZ Home Advisor for any needs we have.“
