“I use to be so against the idea of doing hot yoga. Sweating more than I necessarily have to was not an appealing idea for me. However, I recently went to their Sunday morning class not knowing it was in a hot room. Now, I can't stop. I am addicted to hot yoga. I feel like I do two hours of work within a 50 -ish minute class. I typically don't get sore muscles after yoga, accept for after sessions here, the next day I feel as if I just spent hours lifting at the gym. I've been to a couple of sessions now and am looking forward to making their Sunday morning class a part of my regular weekly fitness routine.“

“Love it here! It's tucked into a residential neighborhood in I think an old school. Very inviting and calm/warm atmosphere...maybe too warm ;) , wish they had AC for prenatal yoga summer classes but not a deal breaker. :)“
