On a whim, I did a complimentary class midweek. Mary, our instructor, was AH-MAZING! She was knowledgeable about the machine, form, and instruction of the actual exercises/routine. The facilities were EXTREMELY clean, the staff knowledgeable, and the clientele VERY personable and helpful to the new girl. I immediately felt at home with this group of women. Never made to feel uncomfortable or out of place (even though it was my first time). BTW, did I mention it was SUPER f-u-n & I DEFINITELY felt it the next day ???Thank you, Club Pilates! ? here's to winning 2 months for free ?
I've been working out at the Eugene Club Pilates for almost exactly two years. The staff are friendly and helpful, the instructors are excellent, the facilities and equipment are immaculate and in perfect condition, and I have never once been bored in a class. While we often repeat the same sequences of types of exercises, they are never exactly the same. There are different classes, too, so a class one day could be absolutely different in format and intensity from the one I took on another. I've attended over 340 classes (and I took six and a half months off for surgery), so you can see how addictive this program can become!
