“Companion in Hillsboro is one of the few (maybe only) walk-in clinics in the area which worked for me being in the area for family visiting. The staff was incredibly friendly from the person who answered the phone to the techs who helped me check out at the end. Dr. Crepeau who examined our pup was very friendly, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Although the diagnosis wasn’t great news, I felt so much better knowing that Winston received excellent care and we received medications at affordable prices. We could have ended up at any animal clinic, but we really lucked out walking into Companion. Winston is doing a lot better and we were also given information on what signs to look for if we need to bring him in again which was also reassuring to know.“

“Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and helpful! We had to take our dog in and she ended up having to get surgery due to an infection. The staff kept me updated throughout the day and ended up staying late to make sure they got her feeling better.“

“Every time we go here we end up getting stuck in a room and nobody checks in. We were on time for our appointment and after 35 minutes of waiting we decided to leave as this vet clinic does not take our time seriously.

For a clinic who is one of the most expensive we have been to, I would expect your operations to be a lot better than what they are.

UPDATE: We have gone back since and on our last visit they got to us very quickly and I could tell they meant business. We really appreciated how quickly everything went.“

“We brought our piglet Wayne in with a complication. The staff and Dr. Christina herself were very professional,courteous and communicative with a health plan in moving forward with care. Every person we dealt with within the practice were super nice and up front with pricing prior to moving forward.
In regards to past reviews, it is not up to anyone within any establishment to mange one's inability to self regulate their emotions. While direct communication may not always feel pleasant, one may consider checking themselves first before writing a Google review.
As for me, I plan on bringing not only my farm animals but my domestic animals too. The practice here has a good flow, it's clean and I can tell the staff enjoys the work they do.“

“Amazing place and even more amazing no people! My dog hates the vet (no matter where we take her) and they have been very accommodating to her and her needs. They take their time to love her and make her feel comfortable while also getting the job done. They are so helpful and so nice, I will be taking all our animals here and could not recommend them more!“

I had an overall feeling that she loved seeing Phoebe and that she will care for her. “Decided to leave the vet factory that is B******d. Brought our boy in for allergies. Turned out it was his food. Skin spray & oral medicine (cytopoint didn't work for him). Amazing care & concern. And these treatments worked! My boy just loves Dr Beedle! A few months later we brought our girl in for an abnormal growth on her abdomen. Dr Rejba was companionate for my concern of cancer. A sample was sent out for testing. If you're concerned about pricing over treatment when it comes to taking care of your sick pet, then you don't deserve a pet! Any kind of healthcare & treatment cost! And it may be $30 more than the factory down the street, but to find staff as caring and attentive as this veterinary office, it's worth every penny! From front office to back, A-MAZ-ING!!“

“Had to take my pup in for stitches and was very worried because she's an anxious dog. Not only was the doctor awesome and very confident in working with an anxious dog but the front desk staff was wonderful. It's a very busy place but no one seemed cranky or snippy. Best experience I've ever had at a vet.“
