Last week we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our sweet cat Bart down at Banks Veterinary Service, and I cannot begin to express how amazing the staff was.

Everyone at Banks Vet is so friendly and considerate! We really feel like we can trust our pets with this practice. They help us make informed decisions, and take the time to make sure our dogs are as healthy as possible from annual checkups to emergencies. We greatly appreciate the whole team!
We brought our piglet Wayne in with a complication. The staff and Dr. Christina herself were very professional,courteous and communicative with a health plan in moving forward with care. Every person we dealt with within the practice were super nice and up front with pricing prior to moving forward.
In regards to past reviews, it is not up to anyone within any establishment to mange one's inability to self regulate their emotions. While direct communication may not always feel pleasant, one may consider checking themselves first before writing a Google review.
