“WOW from start to finish. I called with a concern about a heart arrythmia at 8AM and was seen by Claud DeSilva Lima PA by 1030. The person who took my call was respectful and proactive as was the nurse who took my phone history of symptoms. When I arrived everyone, without exception, was professional, respectful and most importantly compassionate. Mr. DeSilva Lima was extraordinary in his detail of assessment (I am a retired critical care nurse so I know the ropes). When I reviewed his summary of the visit it showed his attention to detail. He was extraordinary in his sensitivity and compassion. The person who drew my blood was delightful. While I was having my blood drawn my husband noticed an elderly lady having trouble entering data into the computerized blood draw station. An employee happened to be walking by and immediately stopped to assist her. Providence Central Point Clinic Or is a class act. This could not have been a better experience. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would say they scored a 10“

“As far as i'm concerned, there is only one good doctor here in the whole facility. Unfortunately, he is not a p c p. He is the best endocrinologist in jackson county. Doctor hungerford. I have been seeing him for over twenty years. Not one complaint. He listens to everything you say. Excellent bedside manner. And takes care of your medical business immediately. I would never see anyone else but him. I have thyroid disease. And he has never been wrong about anything that deals with my situation. Very proud to call him my doctor.“

Appointments are getting harder to book due it seems due to the increase in younger patients in need of the same services. I was told to try to make my future appointments on a cancellation basis and will hope for the best...?“

“I LOVE IT HERE! I have had multiple problems over the last 3 months, Crohn's disease, endometriosis, and even a few others, they are always so sweet and concerned for me. And when I do finally get a diagnosis they are always able to help me after with getting it taken care of and being proud and supportive. If I could I would tell every person in the rogue valley to go to onepeak medical! They are occasionally hard to get ahold of if you are especially impatient but they always get back to you in a matter of hours to even a day or two, at most.“

“Okay, this is my second review as my first one somehow disappeared..I cannot Stop saying enough amazing things about this clinic and the staff a lot of times when you go to a medicated treatment therapy.They really Treat you as just a not here. They treat you as a person, and they want to get to know the real person that you are. The counselors are amazing, the the supervisors are outstanding the nursing staff. Is top-notch and they would do everything that they can to make sure that you are safely medicated and taken care of thoroughly.I am so grateful for this clinic. And everything that they have done for me and my family.Not onot only have they've been there during difficult hard timesAnd they always. Always and I stress always will check on you to make sure that you are okay and if you need anything. I don't know a lot of places that will do that..So if you are contemplating going into medicated treatment therap? I strongly would like to encourage you to give them a call. Set up an appointment, talk with a counselor an intake counselor.It will truly change your life.. So please take this review to heart and I really wanna encourage you. If this is something you are considering consider going to the clinic.“
