Very clean establishment or Urgent care. The staff were friendly. Air conditioner and cleanliness was on point. The Dr./Nurse practitioner was young and very kind and made me felt welcomed and listened to. I'd definitely if need to , return.
I have been a La Clinica patient for many years. Everyone who works at this walk in clinic is amazing! Whatever you do, don't call after hours. The people who answer the phones after hours & on the weekends are LESS THAN PLEASANT! Worst customer service experience I have ever recieved over the phone. The first person I spoke too was completely careless & the second person I spoke with somehow cared less than the first person. So rude, literally smacking their gum on the phone? Unreal.
I needed an exray, so I went to Acute Care after my appointment with my PCP. I barely sat down when they called my name. The exray tech was thorough and did all exrays on the first try. I was in and out in fifteen minutes! I will definitely use them again for my exrays.
