Providence Primary Care - Hillcrest

Since moving to the Medford area several years ago I had a hard time finding a primary care physician. I had heard good things about Providence and I decided to go with them.

It’s been four years now and I can honestly say that these folks are great. Everyone seems genuinely concerned and want to help improve upon whatever issue that you present with.

For example, this morning I called Providence Hillcrest and asked if there was any way for me to be seen by Travis Day (my primary care provider) with regard to an injury that I had sustained. Everyone here is amazing Dr.Grant saved my mom's life and my dad's we couldn't ask for more of a caring doctor he is the heart and soul of being a doctor he's very caring Dr.Grant is who doctors should be. The other doctors in there are good to !

I just had the most pleasant experience ever with Kim!!! I do not believe words can do justice to how amazing Kim is, she handled my very urgent prescription issue with the most knowledgeable, professional and compassionate care possible, not just once but twice!! She is a true asset to the care team!!!
