La Clinica Central Point Health Center is a clean, superior health center with friendly and pleasant staff. The doctors have empathy and listen to needs. The answering services and front desk are friendly, and the dental assistants and dentists have top notch communication skills and efficiency. The dentists are extremely informative and skilled. Same day emergency dental appointments are available, with fillings replaced right then and there by great and friendly people. The group shows more concern for well-being, with staff listening, hearing, and believing what patients have to say. It is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stagnant health system. For dental matters, the staff is excellent and takes great care of patients. The health center is recommended to everyone.
I went in as a new patient and got Kassandra Balli. She was GREAT. She wasn't like other doctor's I've had that only seem to care about getting you out of there for the next appointment, she clearly knew about the things we talked about and was a genuinely nice person. I look forward to continuing to see her in the future and my Wife will be seeing her as well.
