“I will like to give huge props to this company. A huge shout out to Koda and his team out in Klamath Falls who helped me out the most. Plus a huge shout out to Jack, the estimate guy who did all the dirty work to fight with my insurance for me. I've been dealing with a hole in my roof since August of 2025, and because I could not get ahold of my insurance company for months, the hole was still there December 24th 2025 when a huge storm came through and flooded my upstairs room. Luckily Koda and his crew was able to come that day to cover it up and start drying everything and help me get set up with them to deal with my insurance. Even they had major problems with my insurance which is why it took a year to get everything done. Big eye opener on why I need to change insurance. But I highly recommend this company, get ahold of them immidately after reporting your claim with the insurance and have them help you, more than your insurance will. I will be forever thanking this company. They also did an absolute fantastic job on my roof. As soon as it finally all got approved it seemed like it only took a couple days to get the roof done and new.“

“This comment is coming a little late but I have been incredibly sick due to toxic mold. I worked with Rusty and the woman in billing. They were the most kind hearted people while dealing with such a traumatic situation. Customer service was above and beyond. Rusty I want to give you a giant thank you for all of your help if you still remember my situation in the Poplar North apartment. My blood has been tested since then and I have all types of mold in my system. It’s been an uphill struggle but I am out of that toxic environment thank the Lord.

“Can’t say enough good things about my great experience with Service Master! The mitigation crew swooped right in and got everything dried out within 3-4 days. Took a minute for the construction crew to start their part, but WOW! They are such an amazing crew! They removed my flooring and made substantial adjustments for the new flooring so that it would look good once my baseboards were replaced, no gaps. Spencer, the flooring installer from Alacrity LLC, was fast and accurate with his cuts. Anthony repainted my baseboards (after installation, which is pretty difficult ) and touched up the walls and every little nick he could find. That attention to detail really made my new flooring pop! He gave me some great DIY product recommendations, too. He and Filo got all my furniture moved back in the same day as the baseboard install, which was amazing, but they are fast workers! Connor and Anthony showed up the next day for a final inspection under the house. So glad they did, because they found they needed to replace a sizable area of insulation that had been removed during mitigation. They made that happen the same day, too! They also gave me some other details about things under the house that I needed to be aware of. Anthony and Connor go above and beyond. They are hard-working, fast, attentive to detail. They are knowledgeable and honest professionals. Anthony has a very broad skill set that comes in very handy. Connor works very hard learning the ropes, and is being shown by Mel and Anthony how to do things the right way, the first time. Good company, great people!“

“Water damage resulted in ruined floor and mold growth. Bre and Chris were brilliant deconstructing and cleaning. They worked very hard for long hours in very hot conditions. I was disappointed that Servpro was not able to do the reconstruction and upset that the office did not tell me this until very late in the process. This caused a serious delay finding people to do the repairs. Also, they have yet to provide me with the identification of the flooring so that it could be matched to the rest of the house as they had said they would.The work crew would get 5 stars. The office personnel were also very courteous and prompt. Management would get 1to 2 stars for their performance. They do hire good people.Service: Water damage-related mold removal“
