I will like to give huge props to this company. A huge shout out to Koda and his team out in Klamath Falls who helped me out the most. Plus a huge shout out to Jack, the estimate guy who did all the dirty work to fight with my insurance for me. I've been dealing with a hole in my roof since August of 2025, and because I could not get ahold of my insurance company for months, the hole was still there December 24th 2025 when a huge storm came through and flooded my upstairs room. Luckily Koda and his crew was able to come that day to cover it up and start drying everything and help me get set up with them to deal with my insurance. I can't recommend Alvarez Restoration & Construction enough! When my dishwasher suddenly leaked and caused water damage in my kitchen, they dispatched their mitigation team right away. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and made a stressful situation so much easier.
They handled everything from the water mitigation to working directly with my insurance company to get the repairs approved, and then completed the restoration. It really was a true one-stop shop, which saved me so much time and hassle.
