Karen is amazing! I’ve not had my hearing checked in approx. 30 yrs & had no issues. It was time however, since I’ve developed tinnitus. I’d watched Karen in action with my husband & was impressed with her training & expertise. Her ability to explain details was easy to follow. When she finished testing me, it was my turn to find out I do have some issues. She explained, again thoroughly, gave comparative examples of her own hearing & those of my husband. I felt comfortable & have clear understanding of how my hearing might change. Can’t forget the young ladies also assisting. They’re very gentle, kind & helpful. When assisting others, particularly the elderly, they make sure the customer understands their instructions & ask if they have questions. They make eye contact & have a smile for each person. One of my favorite places to visit! Exceptional knowledge & still fun to chat with.

I highly recommend Brookings Harbor Physical Therapy. I shattered my wrist several years ago, and I could barely touch my thumb to my other fingers. Tara really pushed me during our sessions, and I have regained about 95% of my range of motion and 100% of my strength and dexterity in my left hand/wrist. I was unable to work for 6 months due to this injury. A hand specialist in the Bay Area was amazed at my range of motion and low level of pain when she examined my wrist and compared it to my x-rays and CT scans. I owe all the credit to Tara (and Rhonda, and traveling PTs when she took time off). The office staff is helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and you know that they care about you as a person. Again, I highly recommend this office if you need physical therapy, and I will always go back if I am ever in need again.

We are new to town and have been looking for a good place to get our hair done. Both my mother in law and I booked with Lupe. She did amazing. We got exactly what we asked for. Western Pacific Tree Service, Inc., did tree removal work for us and we we wanted to say how were impressed we were with their expertise in bringing down all the trees in the lot we had purchased. Western Pacific Tree Service not only took the trees down, they took the roots out. I don’t remember whether there was an extra charge for the root removal, but if there was, it was well worth it. The trees were old and roots deeply entrenched. The lot is now nicely cleared and ready to build on whenever we or our family member decides to do so. Our septic tank was backed up on Sunday and we had called about everywhere to get this issue fixed and no one could help us until today(Tuesday till 3-4pm!!) then Our landlord reached out to roto rooter and they came within 30 minutes and we’re top notch and immediately found the septic tank lids and started doing work and fixed our issue. We appreciate then so much and will always go to them first thing!
