I highly recommend Brookings Harbor Physical Therapy. I shattered my wrist several years ago, and I could barely touch my thumb to my other fingers. Tara really pushed me during our sessions, and I have regained about 95% of my range of motion and 100% of my strength and dexterity in my left hand/wrist. I was unable to work for 6 months due to this injury. A hand specialist in the Bay Area was amazed at my range of motion and low level of pain when she examined my wrist and compared it to my x-rays and CT scans.
