We met Calvin through an internal Coldwell Banker/Century 21 referral. I was looking to sell my parent's house, since they passed away, in Brookings while I live in North Carolina. Calvin made it so easy to have video chats, meetings, text messages and emails with DocuSign that it was a seamless process. Calvin was always on time, professional, patient, very knowledgeable and explained everything well.

While Calvin was born into this business in Brookings, his range of expertise in real estate is impressive. His ties to the community, knowledge of the societal culture and norms was very helpful for a person that lives on the other side of the U.S.
