We have never had to call an insurance claim before. Our bar room flooded about a third of the hardwood oak flooring was messed up. Palm Industries was recommended by a friend and it was a great thing we did. Nathan Eells came out the next morning after our flood and within an hour a crew came and did there thing and it was incredible. The crew was kind friendly and trustworthy. The technician Mike called me every day when he was on his way to check on things. Great communication makes a great relationship and palm Industries was the best. Thank you guys for being top notch. Showed up promptly, when national restoration company said they were two weeks out. Excellent service from start to finish. Showed up on time every time, and if there was an issue they always alerted with a phone call. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future if, hopefully not, the need arises.
Palm industries in Brookings has a stellar crew. We had extensive water damage to our upstairs home. They immediately contacted and worked with our insurance company. They took most of our worries out of the situation. They were all easy to be around, and did a quality job. We are really happy we had them do the job for us. Great company! P & W
