I was grateful for Palm Restore services as they worked directly with our insurance claim representative and were able to significantly increase the initial reimbursement funds for the required work. In addition, we were not on site during the initial mitigation but they were good about keeping us abreast of their progress throughout the project.
Highly professional and prompt response. I did not purchase the property i called them about. But learned a great deal from the initial conversation about rodent infestations and sanitizing ventilation systems.
Palm Restore was there the day my insurance called them after I discovered the plumbing leak that caused damage to my hardwood floors. They were
prompt, efficient and hard working. My floors are restored and I would recommend Palm Restore to anyone needing restoration services.
