Had a catastrophic failure of the toilet supply line nut in our office over the weekend while we were away. Palm responded with a crew on Monday morning to begin water damage mitigation. The damage included crawl space insulation, floor coverings, plywood subfloor, wall insulation for the entire office. They documented the 10 day mitigation process with photos, moisture readings, and a report for insurance. Once mitigation was completed, they provided the insurance with a very thorough cost proposal for reconstruction. Their crew and sub-contractors were very polite and professional.
