Brookings Dental Arts, led by Dr. Brice Chang, offers a comprehensive range of dental services including routine cleanings, extractions, crowns, and dental surgery. The practice is notable for providing both dental services and surgery in one location, saving patients time, discomfort, and travel expenses.
The staff and doctor are described as efficient, friendly, and accommodating. They take the time to explain procedures clearly and provide options to patients. The office is equipped with modern, fast technology.
Some patients have noted that Google Maps may still direct visitors to an incorrect location, and the parking lot exit has a limited view, making it potentially hazardous when leaving.
The practice has been praised for its ability to accommodate emergency appointments, such as a broken molar, on short notice. New patients, including children, have reported feeling comfortable during their first visit, indicating a positive experience. Overall, Brookings Dental Arts is recommended for its wide range of services, friendly staff, and accommodating approach to patient care.
