“It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The extra effort to help me in a very scary time, no pressure.. just actual honest, hard working people that care about their customers safety was all I needed. “I had a service call yesterday with Mani and he was extremely helpful. He assessed the situation and found where the leak was very quickly. He sealed up the main area where water leaked in and was courteous enough to seal other problem areas he noticed during the inspection. He thoroughly explained everything to me and took photos to show the before and after results of his work. I look forward to using this company again in the spring time for a full roof inspection!“
