“Someone at BD had cancel my appt. The receptionist was able to talk with the doctors and my yearly visit was completed.

The west side is far more inviting than the east side office. Staff there are not friendly nor accomodating and the waiting room is crowded and dirty. They need to take a lesson from the west side office which is friendly and anxious to please.“
