As a first time visitor, I felt like it was super easy to book services online, as well as get information about the providers and services offered. When I arrived, everyone was super friendly, and I had the pleasure to get dysport from Jen. She gave me a lot of really great information, was super knowledgeable and experienced (though everyone here is!), so I felt like I was making the most informed choice, and really listened to the goal of providing natural glowing results for my upcoming wedding.
