I’ve gone to Natalie 3 times and the last time I got a balayage and I’m in love! It had been a while since I’ve added color to my hair so I was a bit nervous, but she always listens to what I want and makes my vision come to life. My hair came out better than I expected and I finally have my go-to hairstylist!
You can't go wrong here. I have hair PTSD from negative experiences with other stylists and salons. Lucy put me immediately at ease. She is kind, competent, professional, and just extremely good at what she does. I came in with over 3 months of grey grow out with copper bands from my last failed highlights. In one session she got my hair looking better than it's ever looked! Grey coverage and highlights in just over 2 hours. The vibe in the salon is just the opposite of catty and pretentious, and the stylists do each other's hair and all literally look like hair models themselves, minus the haughty vibes.
