Oregon CrossFit is a fantastic gym that I feel so fortunate to have found. I found OC through a post by a fellow mama in a Bend facebook post sharing info about the Momfit cohort/program that coach Jules teaches. I was appx 4 months postpartum with my second child looking for a way to build back strength. I loved everything about Jules’ classes. I loved that I could bring my baby (or not), meet other mamas and build community, get strength guidance from a fellow mom that’s mindful of pelvic floor strength. Great sense-friendly environment for drop in class. Coach Carrie was so super friendly and welcoming to make sure I know what to do during the workout. She kept on communicating with me using the small whiteboard so I can keep up with the flow with a class. I strongly recommend this place for travelers who want to keep up with their crossfit fitness.
I feel so lucky to have been part of Oregon CrossFit! The coaching here was above and beyond (the really care about keeping you safe, teaching good form and supporting your progress). They also have a huge gym with the most equipment that I have seen so you always have what you need for class with a large variety of weights to choose from. Oregon CrossFit made me feel welcomed and taught me so many skills I will bring with me in my travels and I am so grateful to have been part of this strong community!
