Oregon CrossFit is a fantastic gym that I feel so fortunate to have found. I found OC through a post by a fellow mama in a Bend facebook post sharing info about the Momfit cohort/program that coach Jules teaches. I was appx 4 months postpartum with my second child looking for a way to build back strength. I loved everything about Jules’ classes. I feel so lucky to have been part of Oregon CrossFit! The coaching here was above and beyond (the really care about keeping you safe, teaching good form and supporting your progress). They also have a huge gym with the most equipment that I have seen so you always have what you need for class with a large variety of weights to choose from. Oregon CrossFit made me feel welcomed and taught me so many skills I will bring with me in my travels and I am so grateful to have been part of this strong community!
I've had a good experience going to this CrossFit gym! A few points:• The onboarding was reasonable and showcased they have a skilled staff that take form and fitness seriously.• The "general population" classes are at a wide variety of reasonable times.• I'm fat and not particularly fit (... it's a journey), but I don't feel unwelcome or gawked at, and the workouts scale just fine. In fact, I feel very welcome and part of the community.• I get good advice from all angles: instructors, gym communication, and even fellow CrossFitters.• After an injury, the post-injury slow comeback was respected and well handled.?
