Cascade Cleaners is a great local business and truly the best dry cleaners in town. They are amazingly friendly and reasonable. They handle dry cleaning with expertise, and can miraculously salvage items like a muddy wedding dress or a silk dress with party damage, making them look like new. They provide excellent service for specific issues, like removing a cat pee odor from a comforter set through careful hand washing and cleaning. The owner is also known for excellent customer service, going above and beyond when needed. Customers highly recommend this business and appreciate it in the neighborhood.
I trust this company with my life! I had a favorite piece of clothing I thought was done for and they were more than happy to try three times to save it and they did! Jen and Stacy are so helpful and they really care about each item you bring in. This is always my go to place!
I had a fantastic experience here. I called about unique rugs and they had me bring them in to look at them and determine what services would be appropriate. They gave me a good price, were pretty quick, and my rugs came out looking clean and vibrant.
Had a cat pee issue on a lovely Croscill quilted comforter, pillow sham and decorative pillow last month. Called, spoke with Kathy and since dry cleaning was the care specified she let me know that dry cleaning chemicals would not remove a protein substance like cat pee. But that she could hand wash, hang to dry and then run it through the dry cleaning process and hope that would work. Brought the items in and a few days later picked them up like new and NO cat pee odor. Customer for life and am sharing the news with friends! Thank you for saving my comforter set. Michele Kelley
