My daughter and I were in Bend for vacation and unexpectedly ran out of clean clothes. Disaster! Luckily, Izzy at Cascade came to our rescue. She was able to get our clothes cleaned in record time. A real life superhero. We enjoyed the rest of our trip in sweet-smelling attire.
So glad I found this place. Now I don’t need to drive to the westside for my dry cleaning. And I’m happy they are now open 5 days a week. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s my new go to on the East side!
I've been really happy with these cleaners. The first thing I brought was a nice royal blue wool / silk blend sport coat with a large grease stain that I thought had no chance of being saved, but it came out as good as new. Just picked up a second sport coat that was burgundy with a smaller stain that also came out entirely. In both cases, the coats' colors didn't fade or wash out at all. The lady working there is consistently friendly, giving a nice neighborly vibe. Prices were reasonable as well, with no extra charges for stain removal. Both were ready within a week or less. I couldn't ask for more from a dry cleaners.l
