“Had a cat pee issue on a lovely Croscill quilted comforter, pillow sham and decorative pillow last month. Called, spoke with Kathy and since dry cleaning was the care specified she let me know that dry cleaning chemicals would not remove a protein substance like cat pee. But that she could hand wash, hang to dry and then run it through the dry cleaning process and hope that would work. Brought the items in and a few days later picked them up like new and NO cat pee odor. Customer for life and am sharing the news with friends! Thank you for saving my comforter set. Michele Kelley“
