Sandy at Cascade Cleaners was so kind, helpful, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire experience feel easy and welcoming. Truly great customer service! I left feeling really taken care of, I would absolutely recommend Cascade Cleaners!!
I brought in 11 pieces of clothing for my wedding weekend Wednesday afternoon and they had everything ready to go Thursday before noon. Great service and they really helped accommodate me on short notice. I will absolutely use them again.
Very helpful! I brought in a Gucci bag that had a funny smell inside of it ( btw they don’t do bags) but she put some odor absorbing stuff in it and told me to leave it open outside for a little bit which has worked! Very nice and helpful!
