“Last week we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our sweet cat Bart down at Banks Veterinary Service, and I cannot begin to express how amazing the staff was.

From the moment we were there, they showed so much compassion, kindness, and understanding during one of the hardest moments for our family. They made such a painful experience feel as peaceful and loving as possible.

I was not able to afford to have Bart’s ashes returned or purchase paw prints or keepsakes from the company that picked him up. Then yesterday, I received a card from the clinic with the most compassionate message, along with paw prints, nose prints, and some of Bart’s fur.
It absolutely made my day and meant more to me than words can explain.

That incredibly thoughtful gesture brought me more comfort than they will ever know. I will never forget the compassion they showed us and the care they gave Bart. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
