“Jet is right down the street from my house - like only about a mile away - so I contacted them for a few small electrical issues. I thought maybe they would be too big for my piddly little things -but not so! They have been super helpful and responsive. A couple of months back Tony replaced a wall heater and converted a fluorescent garage light fixture to LED. Today he came to replace my bathroom fan switch/timer. In the past I've dreaded calling for this type of thing because it seems like whenever something needs fixing in this old (1940s) house there's always some weird obstacle complicating matters. But not so with Tony - he gets the job done quickly and professionally and that's it! Nothing for me to worry about - just takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. He's also really nice and polite and patient with all of my questions :) I appreciate him so much! I haven't met Shawn, the electrical services manager, but I text him what I need and he's very responsive and gets me scheduled right away. I also had the pleasure of having Anthony help me with a breaker issue last winter when it was snowy and icy and I wasn't sure if I could get anyone to come. He had to come twice that day and was super helpful and also patient like Tony :) Thanks so much guys!! It's really a game changer to not be fearful and worried about having to call an electrician.
