I called every plumber I knew, they were all closed or swamped, so I took a chance and called On-It plumbing, and yes, they could come the next day. Super good luck for me. The nicest most knowledgeable young man, Lance, showed up as promised and went to work. He was amazing, truly, and it was a big nasty job as the old heater was full of rust, and he also had to make a trip to get us a new heater, and also we live on the 3rd floor. Somehow, he was able to do all that needed to be done and to do it with such a wonderful attitude and a big smile and get us out the door for a 6 O’clock dinner reservation.
