My only critique, speaking as a logistics professional, is their turnaround time. I ordered a specific frame color, which can take about one to two weeks to arrive at the store, and then the frames are sent to their lab, adding another week or more before the final build is ready. Shout out to Dr. Sagina O’Halloran, Josue and the young woman at reception that helped with measurements and so forth.“
