My name is Rose Moon, I am the General Manager at this location and I just want to say how much we LOVE our patients. I am so happy to read the great reviews as our goal is to take great care of our patients just like we would our own family and make sure they get what they need and want. This was the best vision exam I’ve ever had. And I used to work for an eye doctor. Dr. Nguyen and his assistant Brandon were exceptional. I had a prescription for the past year (from another doctor) that I just couldn’t adjust to. Dr. Nguyen listened to me, and his prescription is different from the old one, in a way that makes me not have headaches or vertigo. I made this appointment simply because I was going to be in the area, but I’m going to make it a point to travel the distance when I’m due for my next exam.

Visionworks Tualatin provided excellent care in my time of urgent need. Margaret Hinck was kind and professional and problem solved to get me a spare pair of contacts before vacation. I am thankful for her and this Visionworks team!
