I have no idea where all the negative reviews from the past came from. They must have changed their staff. I visited the Tigard office yesterday and was very impressed. I was greeted by two receptionist, one male, one female who were both very friendly. There was no wait line. I only sat in the waiting room for about five minutes before I was taken into the back for my eye tests. I had three, all with young females, and all were very friendly. I am elderly and they were all very understanding, patient and actually humorous. I had some laughs with them. When I saw Dr. Glass, she answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. Dr Cook is a very knowledgeable & a listener & explaining the issues so well..My concerned was the receptionist seemed doesn’t care, I asked for a mask & she says “we don’t require masks anymore”I don’t care coz I still wanted to protect myself from viruses & bacteria coz I just had a throat surgery a month ago.. she needed more customers service training & be emphatetic to patients…

Dr Page and Susan are incredible!!Always take their time, listen to my questions and do thorough exams. Both nurses I saw were knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well. Front desk people very welcoming and someone always there to welcome. Easy check in and out. The office was extremely busy the day I was there but did not wait long to be seen.Thanks to all of you!
