Dr. Mont is knowledgeable, efficient, sensitive, kind, thorough, and patient oriented. She takes time during exams to explain and to answer questions or concerns. The entire staff is friendly and well trained, also focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
I have worn glasses since I was 8 so eye exams and the like are old hat. I have not had a shop be so friendly, helpful, and good quality work. I like the selection of frames and no one pushing high price over what I prefer.
Marvelously responsive, superb customer service, thoroughly helpful and informative about the condition that popped up in my eye. Great follow-up in all procedures and coordination between staff members.
