“I've been coming here regularly (past 2 years) for alterations—mainly to hem my pants and T-shirts—and they always do an outstanding job. The quality is consistently top-notch. Stitches are perfectly straight and clean with no loose threads in sight and they always match the thread to the fabric so well that you’d never know the piece had been altered.

They clearly take pride in their work and it shows in the attention to detail. You do pay a bit more than some other places (maybe $5 more) but it’s absolutely worth it for the reliability and craftsmanship. Highly recommend if you want your clothes handled with care and precision. Just a tip, if you pay in cash, they are more flexible with pricing.“

“On Wednesday, November 26, I casually walked into the store to consult on the repair of the broken zipper of my winter coat without too many expectations when passing by. Previously, I was told by other alteration places that to fix the problem, I would need to have the zipper replaced, and the cost would be $50 a few years ago, and $100 this year.
