James painted the entire condo, patched all the holes and marks left by a previous tenant, repaired the kitchen microwave and faucet, and did a great job with the bathroom refresh caulking the bathtub and sink as well as fixing the toilet. They even tightened loose cabinet knobs and hardware throughout the unit.
