He came in to check on why my ceiling had water damage and discovered that my original contractors hadn't properly installed and vented our bathroom ceiling fans so moisture was collecting in the roof. He was quick to provide a quote; we agreed and found a start date; and that was it! He was in an out in a day and our bathroom fans work wonderfully. I'll call on Manos and team the next time I have a project or repair job :)Very reliable; I know he did a good job as he takes pride in a job done well. He provided photos of the finished work in the attic and on the roof. Definitely recommend :)“

They went over and beyond, even painting over a bathtub patch which was rusty, near the drain, making it look brand new. And as I was working in my office next door, they were mindful of keeping quiet to let me concentrate. Given the amount of work they put in I find the price I paid very reasonable.
