My girls LOVE going to Hannah. They are treated like queens, look and smell great when I pick them up. Drop in Nail trim night is a super easy experience when we're in between grooms. After searching for a while to find someone willing to work with my dog to get his nails trimmed, someone recommended The British groomer. I took my dog to get his nails done for the first time after trying to find a place that will accommodate him as he’s aggressive towards getting his nails trimmed. Hannah was so patient with him as he was giving us a very hard time, she gave great suggestions for upcoming appointments and was very professional. Highly recommend The British groomer, coming from a very defeated dog owner that couldn’t find someone to work with him. Thank you for everything.
