Very professional in every way, promp, polite, Crack repaired from outside from corner of window to bottom of foundation, tile inspected, reported on good repair. Office kept in contact leading up to repair date and post. We have had heavy rains since and,,,no leaks.PTL. Thanks to Rob, Doug and Wendy. Very impressed with this company. The salesperson who came for the qoute was friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining the process. The office staff kept in touch about scheduling and was very good about making sure I understood the process/my payment options. The crew who completed the repair on my foundation crack was incredibly clean and hard working. If I could give a 6th star I would. Thank you Josh, Ethan, Doug, and April.
I chose Dry Basements because Rob seemed like a knowledgeable and straight up guy. He gave us a reasonable quote and delivered bang on schedule. I was really impressed with their work, and even more impressed with their follow up - Josh was efficient, extremely helpful and professional. We now have a permanently dry basement ! Josh is a really nice guy too. Would highly recommend their services !
