Mixed reviews here? I went for a French manicure before holidays and there was a bit of a language barrier with what I wanted, also flaws in 2 of my nails that she didn't seem to want to correct even though I asked and tried to explain. Not a wk later it was already coming off.Nice job on my pedicure though
Beautiful work but the customer service isn’t great. The dont greet you when you come in or let you know when you appointment will be half an hour late. No one said a word the entire time until I was seated for my appointment
I really love Chi Chi nails. I am always satisfied when I come out of there. I get pedicures and manicures (gel nails) there. I love how they will thin out the gel to my liking. I don't like them too thick because I like them to look more natural. They are great at accomplishing designs you are after. They don't do Ombre powder though. They use airbrush. I also love that they are reasonably priced. I have been other places in town and they gouge me. So I always go to Chi Chi's.
