Sarah, who styled my hair, did an absolutely phenomenal job! I have short hair and honestly had no idea what I wanted to do with it, but she worked her magic and gave me a fabulous look. I walked out feeling amazing! If you're looking for a stylist who truly knows their craft, I highly recommend this place! Both Sarah and the gentleman who I am almost certain is the owner were both amazing. I'll definitely be coming back!

I was treated like part of the family , I enjoyed the openness and the relaxed scenery. as the shop overlooks a well groomed park . Within the heart of Woodstock , with an elevated view of the grounds and plenty of woodland creatures to brighten the visit. Rhiannons Hands are like magic , every so artfull in her ways . I felt as if I was whistled away to a calm center as ,she artfully sculptured my hairstyle , making her way though my many cowlicks , they can become quite brisltey , when tended too. In her hands however , they turned of soft an flowing. There was never a feeling of being rushed out the door , she spaces appointments , perfectly . Her professionalism was an is in my opinion top shelve , the lady is jolly , an has good strength in her hands , when preforming the washing of the hair an scalp massage ,before the hairstyling . that I was extremely satisfied with . I am beyond words when leaving a review for the Smart cuts shop , its more of an oasis then a salon ,

She always makes time for us and will go above and beyond to accommodate any special requests. For such a cute and humble salon she really makes an effort to keep up with modern trends and products. And to top it off her prices are second to none. Best prices in any city, she really needs to increase them but she just cares too much about her clients.I can’t recommend her enough!

I just observed the owner show some humanity and compassion towards a customer. So friendly and welcoming towards myself and all of her customers she knows there name and about there life. All of the nail techs here are so friendly and amazing and just the best place to be to feel that importance of self care.

Jeneva has been my stylist, close to 4 years now, working to rebuild my hair. It was over-processed, breaking, falling out and so thin in places. I was constantly dying it and using harsh products that I thought would help grow it back. Jeneva took the time to listen to my hair problems, to assess what was possibly going on, and had no problems saying “no” to anything that might damage my hair further while providing recommendations and a plan to get me to the colour I wanted to be. She is also so excited anytime I want to try something new or creative. Last night we celebrated the fact that I have a full head of hair again and the length it has grown to. It felt so refreshing to have someone be as excited as I was about this milestone.

This spa is relaxing from the moment you step into the lobby. The smells, the smiles, the whole experience is just so calming. There are so many different rooms and pools and it feels like a private experience everywhere you go. When the snow is falling it is truly picturesque and amazing. Highly recommend the cafe (their list of teas is incredible) and their high tea and high cocktails is so fun. They’re also licensed so you can take a drink with you everywhere you go. Cannot say enough good things about this space, you will just have to go and experience it for yourself.
We had a new countertop and sink installed. The drain needed relocation and a new facet needed installation and the dishwasher had to be hooked up. Contacted Cornell leaving a message on what we needed. Jake responded to the call shortly after . Jake was great , letting us know his ETA and doing a very good job . It was tricky needing a special fitting which he accessed within a day and finished the installation . He was extremely personable explaining what he needed to do throughout his work. We highly recommend this company and will call back for future plumbing needs.

Our water heater was needing replacing ASAP - the company was very quick to get us assistance! Cole and Hunter were very lovely guys who explained the situation in great detail. They were also very helpful with providing options for next steps needed and assisting with any questions we had. Although not an expense anyone wants to pay, there were options that did not break the bank all in one go! 10/10 would recommend!

I took a six-week course at Dogport, and it was the best decision I've ever made.
I went into this course thinking it was another one I wouldn't be able to pass, and I was highly mistaken. I passed with ease! John is a great teacher. We had great conversations during lunches and before and after classes, and he taught me a lot. We had a lot of banter back and forth, talking about our island trips and how fun it is to immerse ourselves in other cultures and be a part of everyday life in other countries, all the while grooming the dogs! It was so fun being able to talk to John about my trips to Trinidad and Tobago, visiting my boyfriend, and talking about my adventures and sharing experiences while still focusing on the course and realizing I can do dog grooming around the world instead of staying in Canada! Taking this course was very fun; he was very thorough, and everything was very educational. I learned a lot! He was very kind and took his time trying to teach me everything that he knows.

Being new to the area, with a new rescue, I made the mistake of initially taking him to Petsmart. When I took him back to get him cleaned up, as I was so dissatisfied, they told me “no, they didn’t want to re-tramatize him”. I walked out.
Hanna was recommended to me by some dear friends of my daughter. Am I ever glad they did. She cleaned Sam up beautifully and handled him with such gentle care that you could tell he was far from traumatized. We’ve found our new groomer. I couldn’t be happier.
