I love my new cabinetry in the laundry room and in the den. The whole process was fun from working with the designer, choosing the materials and colorus, to the install. Everything went smoothly and was planned very well. I had used organized interiors with the previous renovation, so automatically went back to them for this work. I was so pleased, I did.
Working with Karyn was amazing. She understood immediately what I needed to accomplish. However, communication fell off when it came down to a discussion about how narrow the closets are.
An oversight of mine to change a door and not discuss it to Organized Interiors left the situation worse but when the installer didn’t communicate the lack of standard hanger width that was a complete surprise to me because once hung a hanger it was glaring as to narrow and unusable the space was.
We are now rectifying the situation at a cost snd inconvenience to me.
We are very happy with the whole process from consultation to installation. Karen , our consultant from Organized Interiors , managed the design process attentively and timely. Guy delivered the installation efficiently and with great care. He cleaned up the closets and working areas in our condo so that we could use the closets right away. I highly recommend this company.
