“Clean place, Dr. Kim Le is the one who checked our 5-year-old son. Dr. Le was beyond amazing; she has too much knowledge, a good caring heart, and a great way of communicating with kids. I appreciate every minute Dr. Le spent while checking on my son's eyes. The negative part about our visit was when the doctor's assistant came to apply drops in my son's eyes and that is why I am stressing myself all day after this visit. The assistant seemed like a nice person but her communication with us including my son the minute she entered the room was very poor. She did not even smile with the kid, honestly, she dealt with him as an adult. she flipped the chair 90 degrees, she said she will lay him down, but it was too late for me to suggest another way to position my son, his position is terrible because he has a serious back issue and that killed me inside. She should have comforted my son when he panicked after the chair was tilted, instead, she ordered my wife to grab his hand. I was hurt, sad, and upset because I was worried about his back. Sad experience but after all I thank my LORD and Dr. Le for everything.“

“I love it here, the ladies at the front desk is awesome. The nurses awesome and of course the doctor is amazing. I’ve been going here for a few years now. This is my primary primary care doctor when I say I would never go anywhere else but here I don’t care how far I move and I also love that the pharmacy is right in the building so we don’t have to go far at all. We can go see the doctor the podiatrist and get our prescription fill and go home five stars highly recommended . Ms.McWilliams“

“Things have drastically improved under Amal's leadership. I have noticed a significant amount of improvements from the staff, to appointments. Before there were issues with same day appointments. It was available but the staff never allowed patients to book the appointment. Under Amal's leadership, same day appointments are available and in a timely manner. Also another thing that has been improved is the follow up calls for important information such as the patient's personal information updates, to pharmacy changes, the staff quickly calls you to have them updated as necessary or if anything else is needed they will call you back. And then there is always Dr. Seifeldin, who makes this clinic absolutely worth it. He is a gem to the hamtramck community, and anyone that is able to go to him is very lucky. There is only one other doctor in all of hamtramck city who is on par with Dr. Seifeldin so he is 1 out of the 2. Anyone else in hamtramck I would think twice. As long as I breathe in this world I will always say Dr. Seinfeld is amongst the best doctors in the world, and I will always recommend him. I have been going to him for years. When I got sick a few weeks back I seen him and he personally called me to make sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything else. That level of care and respect is very hard to come across in a busy clinic. Amal and Dr. Seifeldin make this clinic a place where people can trust and come to them for their health.“

“I’m only giving 5 stars for Dr. Rhona Fingal only she is a bit slow due to her being the only IM doctor there which they need to get her some real help she in my opinion is overworked and booked with to many patients and the pharmacy is super slow picking up your medications is absolutely annoying it’s never ready or they is backed up with orders which his crazy cause there is never ppl in the lobby to much waiting so why is it that when u actually there your medication never gets filled and you have to come the next day or call and it still not filled you would be in trouble if u needed your medications in an emergency cause you wouldn’t get it i give pharmacy an half of an star they need to do better they use to be but now they all over the place what a shame“
