“Once I arrived at the office and signed in I was called back to the examination room even before I sat down in the waiting room. I didn't have to wait at all. There was a little wait in the examination room but the resident doctor came in to start the exam while we waited for Doctor Singer who was held up in another exam room. Doctor Singer did spend time with me not hurrying the exam and answered my questions. He exhibited concern over my issues and spent time explaining things to me.”
