“I had been a patient at this practice since 1990s until this year. Dr. Rosso had taken me from many stages of my life, ie death of parents, divorce, health care issues, etc. Dr. Rosso is the most qualified, caring, attentive physician a person could ask for. Sadly, she retired. I had noticed the staff attire changed to the negative quite a bit since being absorbed by Ascension vs stand alone practice. Dirty snow boots in summer months, scrubs extremely tight. I have made a decision to switch practices“

“Clean place, Dr. Kim Le is the one who checked our 5-year-old son. Dr. Le was beyond amazing; she has too much knowledge, a good caring heart, and a great way of communicating with kids. I appreciate every minute Dr. Le spent while checking on my son's eyes. The negative part about our visit was when the doctor's assistant came to apply drops in my son's eyes and that is why I am stressing myself all day after this visit. The assistant seemed like a nice person but her communication with us including my son the minute she entered the room was very poor. She did not even smile with the kid, honestly, she dealt with him as an adult. she flipped the chair 90 degrees, she said she will lay him down, but it was too late for me to suggest another way to position my son, his position is terrible because he has a serious back issue and that killed me inside. She should have comforted my son when he panicked after the chair was tilted, instead, she ordered my wife to grab his hand. I was hurt, sad, and upset because I was worried about his back. Sad experience but after all I thank my LORD and Dr. Le for everything.“
