This facility needs to be replaced. The first thing is the sidewalk and parking lot is terrible, concrete is broken up and it's not handicap accessible. I don't understand how they are passing inspections. The service is very poor. Long waits time and because of the volume of customer. The doctor only talks, he doesn't physically examine the patient. It's always a problem with paper work being completed and prescriptions being renewed. This facility is not a good choice at all.

I love it here, the ladies at the front desk is awesome. The nurses awesome and of course the doctor is amazing. I’ve been going here for a few years now. This is my primary primary care doctor when I say I would never go anywhere else but here I don’t care how far I move and I also love that the pharmacy is right in the building so we don’t have to go far at all. We can go see the doctor the podiatrist and get our prescription fill and go home five stars highly recommended . Ms.McWilliams
