Today was my first time at Casa Massimo, and I will definitely be returning. Massimo and team were so professional and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable, and Massimo was extremely honest, knowledgeable and caring about what would be best for my hair type and present condition of my hair. So happy with my hair cut, colour and style. As well, I brought my young daughter with me and Massimo was very friendly and wonderful with her, as well as ensuring I was happy with what he was doing with her hair. This was my first visit at Massimo's. Lucky for me, another salon in town was booked and asked me to come in for a consult first along with a 30 percent deposit which is kind of a waste of time and money on my opinion.. My hair required color correction, full highlights, some lowlights, cut and blow dry. Massimo was honest, patient, professional and perfectly matched the color and style I was hoping to achieve. A true gem of a salon along with the team he works with. Laid back, friendly environment without the pretentious vibe and overinflated prices that other salons have.
